How do I place an order?
You may place an order in few easy steps:
1.  Choose your desired product and then add them to your cart by clicking the ‘Add To Cart’ button.
2.  When done shopping, click Check Out.
3.  Create Account or Sign In if you already have an account.
4.  Fill out the check-out form and provide all necessary information like complete shipping address, etc.

Are all your leather handbags & other leather accessories handmade?
All our handbags and leather goods are handcrafted by Italian artisans following old traditions of leather crafting, passed down from generation to generation.

What are your payment options?
1.  PayPal using your credit card, debit card or PayPal Funds.
2.  Bank Deposit
  a.  Once 'Bank Deposit' is selected as your payment option, we will notify you of our bank details via e-mail or SMS within 1-2 business days after placing your order.
  b.  Please pay by Bank Deposit within 48 hours of receiving our bank details. We will reserve the item(s) for you within this period. Unpaid orders after the given time will be automatically cancelled.
  c.  Send us a copy of the bank deposit slip via SMS or e-mail to shop@arasitalia.com.

Do I need to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit card?
No. Upon check out and payment, choose Credit Card as payment option. Scroll down the page below the PayPal details. Click the option for non-PayPal members.

What are your shipping fees?
1. METRO MANILA

Where do you ship?
At the moment, we only ship within the Philippines - anywhere in the Philippines that our delivery courier can reach.

When should I expect to receive my order?
For Metro Manila:  Delivery within 3 to 5 business days.
For Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao:  Delivery within 5 to 9 business days.

When do you process my order?
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday following a 12pm cut-off. Orders placed after the 12pm cut-off, Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Do you accept and ship international orders?
At the moment, we only accept and ship orders within the Philippines.

Do you accept Returns & Exchanges & Refunds?
* We accept returns and exchanges only when the item is defective. We would need photos of the defective item sent to us via e-mail.
 
* You may return your item within 7 days of receipt of your order and must fulfill all of the following requirements:
    1. Returned items must be unused and with their original packaging including all tags and labels.
    2. Returned items must be in their same/original condition as when they were received.
 
* We will gladly give you a refund with Store Credits.

How do I care for my leather product?
BASIC LEATHER CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
* Keep out of direct sunlight and heat source.
* Let wet leather bags dry naturally in an airy place.
* Use an appropriate leather conditioner to keep it supple. First test on a small area before applying all over.
* Wipe bag with a soft, dry, clean cloth. For suede bags, use a suede brush.
* Stuff bag with tissue paper (do not use newspaper) and store in a clean, dry place.
* Leather needs to breathe. Do not store in plastic bags or nonporous covers. Use breathable cloth such as cotton. Air every two weeks to avoid mould growth.
