1. How To Place An Order:
a. Choose your desired product and then add them to your cart by clicking the ‘Add To Cart’ button.
b. When done shopping, click Add To Cart.
c. Create Account or Sign In if you already have an account.
d. Fill out the check-out form and provide all necessary information like complete shipping address, etc.
f. Choose payment method.
2. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday following a 12pm cut-off. Orders placed after the 12pm cut-off, Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
1. PayPal using your credit card, debit card or PayPal Funds.
2. BPI Bank Deposit
a. Once 'Bank Deposit' is selected as your payment option, we will notify you of our bank details via e-mail within 1-2 business days after placing your order.
b. Please pay by Bank Deposit within 48 hours of receiving our bank details. We will reserve the item(s) for you within this period. Unpaid orders after the given time will be automatically cancelled.
c. Send us a copy of the bank deposit slip via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Returns & Exchanges & Refunds
1. We accept returns and exchanges only when the item is defective. We would need photos of the defective item sent to us via e-mail.
2. You may return your item within 7 days of receipt of your order and must fulfill the following requirements:
a. Returned items must be unused and with their original packaging including all tags and labels.
b. Returned items must be in their same/original condition as when they were received.
